began writing
various holiday stories featuring our hero when another site owner proposed a
contest. Voodoo Queen was the result of that contest. My
first Zorro Christmas story, Juan's Christmas Gift, was just something
that I wanted to write. It was a deeply moving experience for me. Luck
of the Irish came from another challenge. Peace on Earth,
another Christmas story, again, was the result of a contest, but it was never
entered. Cupid Wears Black is a result of something that nagged
me about the relationship between Carlotta, that bar maid and Joe Crane,
the mountain man. The last one, Return with Honor was another
challenge, one coinciding with Father's Day. I hope you enjoy
reading them, as much as I have enjoyed writing them.
